Avoid Running Out of Time to File Your Claim
Filing a compensation claim against the nursing home that allowed your loved one’s infection to worsen has a state-mandated time restriction. § 400.0236 of the Florida Statutes generally allows two years from the time of the injury to file a lawsuit against the at-fault nursing home.
Your Jacksonville untreated infections lawyer can ensure your claim is filed on time. A delay in filing your claim could mean you lose your right to receive the financial compensation to which you may be entitled. You worry about helping your loved one recover. We take care of everything else.
