According to , in 2018, there were over 670 injuries caused by the operation of a jet-propelled water vessel. Otherwise known as jet skis, while these vehicles are commonly used for recreational purposes, if not handled properly, they can be deadly.
At the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, we believe that nobody’s wellbeing should be recklessly endangered by another party’s negligence. If you suffered injuries from an accident involving a jet ski, a Lake Mary jet ski accident lawyer can pursue compensation on your behalf. While you are recovering from your injuries, you can expect your lawyer to investigate your case, collect relevant evidence, and serve as your legal advocate.
We encourage you to act quickly because Florida Statute 95.11 only gives you four years from the date of the accident to pursue compensation for your injuries. If you are filing a wrongful death claim, under the same statute, you have two years from the date of a loved one’s passing to file a civil action.

How the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine Can Help
We understand how a fun day at the beach or an outing at the lake can be turned on its head by a jet ski accident. One of the first tasks your Lake Mary jet ski accident lawyer will have to undertake is determining liability in your accident. This will largely rest on how your accident happened.
For example, if the jet ski itself was not properly built by the manufacturer, you may be able to pursue compensation from that entity. If the jet ski accident was caused by another negligent watercraft operator, then you may be able to seek recovery from that party.
Should your case be successful, you may be able to recover the cost of:
