Limitations on Your Right To File a lawsuit
When you sustain injuries as a result of aggressive driving or a road rage incident, Florida’s statute of limitations dictates the amount of time you have to file a civil claim. If your claim is not filed within the statute of limitations, which is four years in personal injury cases, you can lose the ability to collect compensation.
