Biography
Born and raised in Miami, Brandon is a South Florida native and brings over fourteen years of dedicated legal experience to the representation of injured plaintiffs. Brandon has tried more than 80 cases to a jury because although settlement is generally preferable to avoid the uncertainties of trial, often trial is the only way for an injured person to get the full value for how their life was upended.
Throughout a career focused on personal injury litigation, Brandon has represented individuals and families facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives. From catastrophic injuries to complex liability disputes, Brandon approaches every case with the belief that clients deserve both a powerful voice in the courtroom and a compassionate guide through the legal process.
Whether negotiating fair settlements or presenting compelling arguments to a jury, Brandon is driven by a simple mission: ensuring that injured people are heard, respected, and fully compensated for their harms and losses.
When not lawyering, Brandon spends time with his family and either watching or playing soccer.
