Biography

Ryan E. Kreda is a litigation attorney at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, committed to fighting for individuals who have suffered injuries or property damage due to negligence. Licensed to practice in Florida and California, including the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Ryan leverages his extensive litigation experience to help clients across Florida obtain the justice and compensation they deserve.
Throughout his career, Ryan has successfully represented clients injured in car and trucking accidents, motorcycle and pedestrian incidents, slip-and-falls, premises liability cases, and bad-faith insurance disputes. Having previously represented insurance companies and corporations, Ryan saw firsthand the lengths they would go to deny or undervalue legitimate claims. Driven by the desire to advocate for victims, he now uses that insider knowledge to level the playing field, holding negligent parties and insurers fully accountable.
Born and raised in Florida, Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. After nearly a decade practicing law in California, Ryan traded the shining lights of Hollywood, California for the bright sunshine of Hollywood, Florida—bringing his big-city litigation experience back home to fight for injured Floridians statewide.
Outside the courtroom, Ryan spends his free time enjoying life with his wife and their two young children—though he admits negotiating with toddlers can often be tougher than dealing with opposing counsel.

Client Reviews
Back in February of this year me and my boyfriend at the time got hit by a bus. My car was totaled and the entire process was a huge hassle until my father put me in contact with the firm. After that it was pretty much smooth sailing. Most of the stress was taken off of my shoulders and they really helped me focus on getting myself better while they took care of everything else. I was updated constantly and all of my questions and concerns were addressed almost immediately. The lawsuit is finally being wrapped up and I have to say im extremely happy that Shire Patel was the person put on my case. He would personally call me just to update me on everything and make sure that everything was alright on my end. Shire was always polite and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Altogether, If anything even remotely close to this situation ever happens again I will not hesitate to call Shire.
- Tyler R.“I was very pleased with the service I received from the law firm of Anidjar and Levine. I was glad I picked this law firm to represent me. The Shire was very attentive and worked hard to make sure all of my concerns were sufficiently addressed. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone!”
