Biography
Kate L. Hauser, Esq. Is a personal injury lawyer licensed to practice law in Florida. Currently, as a plaintiff’s attorney at Anidjar & Levine, Ms. Hauser specializes in personal injury cases, tirelessly advocating for her clients to ensure they receive the justice and compensation they rightfully deserve.
Ms. Hauser obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology with a minor in Business Administration. Ms. Hauser then went on to obtain her law degree from Florida State College of Law, where she became the head of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law and the head of the LitiGator Club. Additionally, during her time at Florida State Law, Ms. Hauser interned at several different firms with diverse practice areas, including a criminal defense firm, a business regulation firm, a family law firm, the legal publications department of the Florida Bar, and an environmental regulatory compliance firm. Through these internships, Ms. Hauser was able to gain valuable insight to various areas of law and the true nature of zealous client advocacy prior to beginning her legal career.
Ms. Hauser began her legal career in 2017 at a Personal injury, Social Security Disability, and Short and Long Term Employee Retirement Income Security Act firm, allowing her to gain valuable experience in both the different areas of law as well as advocating and ensuring her client’s receive justice. Following her time at this firm, Ms. Hauser pursued her dream of serving her country by becoming a Judge Advocate in the United States Army where she served by her country and its service members in the areas of National Security Law, Department of Defense and Department of the Army Regulatory Compliance Law, and as a Special United States Assistant Attorney.
Outside of the office or the courtroom, Ms. Hauser enjoys playing soccer, cheering on her Florida Gators, spending time at the beach, reading, and volunteering at the local Humane Society in its Veterans Support Area.
