Biography
Jonathan R. Holtz is an attorney at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. He has extensive experience with mediations, settling cases with insurance companies, examinations under oath and recorded statements, resolving property damage claims for clients, and preparing files for demand to insurance companies.
Mr. Holtz graduated cum laude from the University of Miami in 2007 with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his J.D. in 2010 from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in South Florida, graduating magna cum laude in the top 15% of his class. During law school, he served on the Nova Law Review for two years, was named to the Dean’s List for four semesters, and received the Book Award for having the highest grade in his Wills & Trusts course. At Nova Southeastern, he was a member of many student organizations including the Jewish Law Students Association, the Real Estate & Probate Society, the American Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta.
Before law school, Mr. Holtz interned where he gained experience handling a variety of real estate, title, and escrow matters. In 2008, he worked as a law clerk, where he prepared files for demand to insurance companies for accidents, ordered medical records, worked with insurance companies to make sure all medical providers were paid accordingly, and assisted case managers in acting as a liaison between parties. He joined the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine as a law clerk in 2009 and then as an associate in 2010. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
