1 Adult, 2 Children Injured In North Miami Crash %%excerpt%% North Miami Crash

One adult and two children were transported to the hospital after a crash in North Miami.

Authorities said Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the scene near Northeast 145th Street and 10th Avenue, Wednesday just after 2:30 p.m.

Fire rescue said two juvenile patients had to be extricated from the vehicle and were airlifted to the hospital in unknown conditions.

Officials added that an adult was also taken by ground to the hospital.

Police stopped another vehicle involved in the crash, and they are holding a man and woman in that vehicle for questioning about the apparent hit-and-run.

It remains unclear what led to the crash.
