Biography
Oner Kiziltan joined the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine after an accomplished career in insurance defense, where he skillfully litigated a broad range of cases involving both first-party and third-party claims, in addition to leading complex special investigations. Prior to his tenure at the firm, Oner served as a senior associate at a large regional defense firm, earning a reputation as an assertive yet fair advocate.
After years of defending insurance carriers – ranging from large international companies to smaller insurers – Oner made a pivotal decision to apply his expertise to champion the rights of individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own and to hold those responsible accountable. As a lifelong resident of South Florida, Oner understands the unique needs and circumstances of Floridians who are beginning the process of taking back control of their lives after sustaining a life altering injury.
Oner obtained his juris doctorate degree at Nova Southeastern University and his bachelor’s degree at Florida Atlantic University where he graduated with department honors and served as the president of the Phi Alpha Theta honor society. Outside of his legal career, Oner enjoys spending his free time reading, hiking and enjoying the company of his wife and their three beloved dogs: Chase, Gilly and Yoshi.
