Law enforcement officials reported a crash on Monument Road that left the driver of a vehicle critically injured.
According to the news release, the driver of a Dodge Magnum Station Wagon was traveling northbound on Monument Road when another driver traveling eastbound on McCormick Road failed to stop at a red light and crashed into the Dodge. The Dodge flipped over at Hidden Hills.
The driver of the Dodge wagon suffered critical injuries in the crash.
Upon arrival, EMS administered first aid to the victim and then transported him by ambulance to the hospital. Meanwhile, the other driver involved in the crash sustained minor injuries and EMS treated the driver at the scene.
The crash remains an active investigation. Authorities have yet to release any additional details or information.
