According to the Report, a Driver was Rescued After an Accident on the Griffing Boulevard Caused His Car to Wrap Around a Tree.
It was reported that rescue crews worked to extricate the driver who wrapped their car around a tree. This happened when an accident occurred on the Griffing Boulevard at Biscayne Park.
As reported, the crash happened in the southbound lanes of the Griffing Boulevard near Northeast 107th Street.
Miami Police officials gave some details about the accident and said the car went off the road and hit a tree, trapping the person inside. It took fire rescue crews nearly an hour to free the person from the wreckage, officials added. They were reportedly taken to a nearby hospital with what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash was unknown.
