One Person was Killed Wednesday Night in Hendry Country After a Deadly Crash.
The Hendry County Sheriff’s Office and Florida Highway Patrol said they responded to the crash which occurred on State Road 80 at Riverbend Resort Boulevard.
According to the HCSO, deputies were at the scene of the crash on SR-80 at Riverbend Resort Boulevard where a car turned over and one person was ejected.
Authorities said one person was killed in the crash but did not confirm if the victim who was ejected from the vehicle was the individual pronounced dead.
FHP reported eastbound lanes of SR-80 were closed, while westbound were open as of 11:45 p.m.
