According to the Report, a Man from Whiskey Creek Died When His Motorcycle Flipped on its Side and Skidded into an SUV on Summerlin Road.
It was reported that the 38-year-old man was speeding south on Boy Scout Drive in the left lane when the accident occurred. He was riding a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, traffic homicide investigators reported.
A 58-year-old woman was driving a 2008 Ford Expedition SUV. She was reportedly driving northbound on Summerlin Road when she made a left turn onto Boy Scout Drive.
It was reported that the man hit the brakes but his motorcycle fell on its side and then slid into the passenger side of the SUV. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials said the woman was not injured and she stayed at the scene cooperating with the investigation.
Detectives said the motorcycle’s speed contributed to the crash, but the investigation continues.
Glen Levine, from the Law Firm of Anidjar and Levine, comments on this crash. “Unfortunately motorcycle accidents are often more deadly than automobile crashes. After an accident, victims and/or their families may not know where to turn. Although nothing can undo a terrible tragedy like this, an experienced accident attorney can help you fight to get the compensation you deserve.”
