A driver suffered serious injuries after a dump truck hauling gravel flipped on State Road 82 in Collier County.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office confirmed SR 82 is closed in both directions near Gator Slough Road due to the rollover crash.
Florida Highway Patrol said the crash remains under investigation and troopers said they believe only the dump truck was involved in the crash.
According to troopers, the gravel hauled by the dump truck will need to be cleaned up. Drivers are being asked to seek an alternate route while crews work.
