Brigitte Jolliet is an attorney at Anidjar & Levine.
She graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College of Florida International University and worked as a case manager at Anidjar & Levine during her undergraduate studies.
Brigitte has a passion for advocacy work. Prior to law school, she was a survivor advocate for Kristi House Children’s Advocacy Center. She provided direct services to youth who were identified by law enforcement as victims of commercial exploitation and staffed the child trafficking division of the Miami Children’s Courthouse. In 2020, Brigitte received the Champion for Children Award from the Child Welfare League of America for her contributions to promoting well-being of youth in foster care.

During law school, she clerked for the U.S. Senate Small Business Committee and interned for Senator Marco Rubio. After law school, Brigitte served as a legal staffer to Senator Rubio. She represented the Senator in meetings with stakeholders and constituents and worked alongside his Chief Counsel on a portfolio covering judicial nominations, executive branch nominations, criminal justice law, and constitutional law.
Before rejoining Anidjar & Levine, Brigitte was a legal policy analyst for the National Governors Association where she co-led grant projects for state juvenile justice reform and criminal justice deflection programs.
Brigitte is excited to join Anidjar & Levine’s legal team where she can use her skills in advocacy and legal analysis to help accident victims achieve justice.

“I must say, I wasn’t a believer until I met with these guys! I lost hope but Shire Patel, Esq. helped me with my case and made sure everything was a total success! If you need any legal advice, please ask for Shire Patel. He is kind and very professional. I’m so glad I went with Anidjar & Levine.”
- Nathacha P.“Words cannot express how grateful we are to Andijar & Levine for everything they have done for us. From day 1 they have been there right by our sides throughout this whole process. My husband and I were in a terrible car accident in November 2015 and didn’t know what to do. We were both injured and without a car since it was totaled in the crash so Andijar & Levine sent one of their representatives name Charlie to our home to get the process started. Charlie was very professional and reassured us that everything was going to be fine. Marc Andijar was awesome from day 1 as well. He oversaw every detail of each of our cases and always took the time to personally answer questions by phone and email. My husband and I worked very closely with our attorney Anthony K. Goodman. He always went to bat for us and fought tooth and nail to get us both the best possible and fair settlements. Just like Marc Andijar, Tony was always reachable by phone, email and even text. When the time came for our depositions Tony walked us through that whole process as well. We would also like to thank Eleana Mendieta for always handling the day to day details like getting our appointments scheduled and always being on top of her game. Andijar & Levine is so on the ball that a few times I accidentally pocket dialed them and I always got a call back from Anna at the front desk! We definitely recommend Andijar & Levine and will refer anyone who is looking for an attorney to use this law firm!!’
