Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reported that three teenagers have been injured following a collision on Yellow Water Road.
A man and three teenagers were injured after a head-on crash on Yellow Water Road. As reported, the man was driving north on Yellow Water Road into the intersection near Village Green Drive. His hatchback then reportedly crossed over the center line into the opposite lane and crashed into the oncoming car.
Police said, the 18-year-old female driving the oncoming car was badly injured. A 14-year-old boy in the hatchback also sustained injuries, though minor. Another 16-year-old boy, who was identified as the brother of the latter was severely injured. The man and the three teenagers were rushed to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The Subaru driver was placed on a life-support system.
Police is investigating the cause of the crash and no further information is made available.
