Report says 63-year-old died in a multi-vehicle crash on southbound lanes of Northwest 42nd Avenue near FL-968 in Flagami.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the seven elementary students that were in bus before the accident were not injured. The Florida Highway Patrol said, the deceased Toyota Camry driver was southbound on Northwest 42nd Avenue and didn’t stop at a red light.
It was reported that her car went under the rear of a school bus that was entering Northwest 42nd Avenue on a green signal. She struck two other vehicles and ended up on top of the concrete divider in the median.
FHP says, the woman was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, but she did not survive.
The FHP said, seven elementary students were on board the bus at the time but none of them was injured and neither was the driver.
