Two Suffered Severe Injuries When Car Crashed Into Pole In Jacksonville Men in their mid-30s were taken via helicopter to a hospital in Jacksonville after the accident happened as a car crashed into a pole at Shindler Drive.

Jacksonville Police Department’s spokesman reported an accident where a Carver man was seriously injured in a single-vehicle accident.

Police say two men in their mid 30s were taken to a hospital in Jacksonville after the accident happened. According to the police, the driver crashed his car into a pole at Shindler Drive. Police said that accident could have been a result of a distraction or a vehicle problem. One other occupant was in the car at the time of the crash.

First responders found the passenger suffering from a serious medical issue. It was reported that the driver was trapped in his car on Shindler Drive.

Authorities have not release any information about the injuries of the driver and his current condition are currently unknown. The information about the passenger has also not been released.

Shindler Drive was closed for several hours as officers investigated the accident. It has since been reopened.
