It was reported that two cars reportedly collided while one continued and slam into a bus stop on Sibbald Road leading to two people being hospitalized.
Authorities said the crash occurred just at the intersection of Sibbald Road and Gilchrist Road at Lincoln Villas, Jacksonville. Police reported that a Nissan Maxima and a Ford Focus were involved in the crash.
JFRD reported that there were two people standing at the bus stop at the time of the crash. These people were badly injured after the accident happened. They were reportedly transported to the nearest hospital for treatment.
Report says while the Nissan Maxima involved ended up in the bus stop, the Ford focus struck against a utility pole.
It is not clear what caused the crash, police have not released any other information. The current condition of the victims is unknown.
