Two Hospitalized After Port Everglades Expressway Accident In Davie

According to the Florida Highway Patrol report, two people traveling on Port Everglades Expressway in Fort Lauderdale were involved in a fiery accident.

The report says rescuers were forced to use the Jaws of Life to free two people who became trapped inside their car. They were trapped in the vehicle after the car crashed along Port Everglades Expressway in Davie.

It was also reported that Florida Highway Patrol and rescue units responded to the scene quickly.

According to the report, after extricating the occupants, rescue crews transported them to an area hospital.

Florida Highway Patrol detectives are investigating what caused the crash.
