Police reported two victims in critical condition and three others injured following a two-car collision on I-95.

The exact cause of the crash has not yet been disclosed. Police Department investigators are on the site of the crash to further investigate the scene and determine all contributing factors of the collision.

According to the authorities, the crash occurred along the southbound lanes of I-95. Emergency responders reported that two men were found unconscious at the scene of the accident. Police identified the two men as the drivers of the two cars involved in the crash.

It was further reported that three other people were also injured in the crash with their conditions unknown. All three were passengers in those two vehicles.  The injured victims have all been transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition, Fort Lauderdale Police said.

The identities of the victims are still being withheld by the authorities. No further information is available at this time.
