Toddler Struck By A Car on Heiman Avenue In Fort Myers

Report says a 3-year-old girl was run over by a car in front of her home in the 1400 block of Heiman Avenue in Fort Myers.

According to Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the toddler was trauma alerted to Lee Memorial Hospital.

A comment was from Annie Kinchen, a next-door neighbor of the girl, was released. She said she didn’t really see what happened, but she could hear a woman crying. According to her, she could see the woman pacing and emergency services working on the little girl in the driveway.

Kinchen said, “My heart melted. I was praying while they worked on her.”

The identity of the toddler struck by the car on Heiman Avenue has not yet been made public. Authorities are still investigating the accident.
