Three-Vehicle Accident on Vanderbilt Drive Injured Three People

Naples Police Department’s spokesperson reported that three persons suffered injuries in a multiple-vehicle accident on Vanderbilt Drive.

According to the spokesperson, the accident occurred on Vanderbilt Drive. Eyewitnesses said a green Honda Accord heading northbound crossed the center line and rear-ended a Toyota Corolla. Consequently, the Corolla struck an approaching minivan head-on before heading off the road.

Six people were reportedly involved in this accident. Three young men with an average age of 21 occupied the Honda, while the Toyota car had two occupants. The minivan had a solo occupant, police added.

Both the Corolla occupants and the minivan driver suffered injuries. EMS treated the injured victims at the scene and then transported them to a nearby hospital.
