It was reported that three members of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue were injured when their truck crashed along a rain-soaked stretch of the Florida turnpike.
According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, all three members of the crew were taken to an area hospital in stable condition. Report says, the single-vehicle crash occurred at Quail Roost Drive.
In a report, the agency said “Moments before the crash, the crew had stopped to assist a driver who had spun out due to bad weather.”
Authorities are investigating the incidence to determine what caused truck to crash.
According to the crash report, the truck was designated as R34. The condition of the truck driver has not been confirmed at the time this report was gathered.
No further information about the identities of the victims were made known to the public.
