Three Children And Two Adults Injured In Car Accident On FL-838

According to the police report, a crash involving two cars eastbound on FL-838 has resulted in injuries to three children and two adults.

It was reported that one of the children was thrown from one of the cars. The cars reportedly crashed near Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The child thrown from the car is in critical condition, a spokesman for the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The report says that all of the victims in the accident had serious injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital.

At least two lanes were blocked for several hours as rescue crews and investigators remained on the scene.

Police have not released any names yet.
