A 13-Year-Old Girl from Mobile, Alabama Died in the Crash that Shut Down All Lanes of Interstate 95, According to the Florida Highway Patrol.
It was reported by FHP that the crash involved a tractor-trailer and another vehicle on northbound I-95 near Sample Road.
The occupants of the car were identified by age only. A 36-year-old female was driving the car with a 15-year-old female passenger, also from Mobile when with accident happened. These two occupants also suffered serious injuries and were taken to a nearby. Whereas, the driver of the semi has minor injuries.
According to FHP’s investigation, for reasons yet to be determined, the car struck the truck in the rear with its front.
Hours later, authorities cleared the vehicles and debris from the site and reopened lanes to traffic in both directions of the interstate.
