Severe Two-Car Duval Road Accident Left Driver Unconscious

It was reported that emergency responders found a 27-year-old man unconscious following a two-car accident on Duval Road.

A Honda Crosstour was rear-ended while approaching a traffic light by a Ford Edge. A 27-year-old man operated the Honda, while a 34-year-old woman operated the Ford, police said. The impact reportedly pushed the Honda against the guardrail, causing damage to the rear and fender of the vehicle.

An eyewitness called emergency services and they arrived shortly after the crash occurred. Subsequently, paramedics found the driver of the Honda in an unconscious state with his head on the steering wheel, police said.

JFRD transported him immediately to the nearest hospital for treatment.

Paramedics treated the driver of the Ford for minor injuries on the site of the accident, police reported.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash on Duval Road.
