Marc Anidjar, from the Law Firm of Anidjar and Levine, comments:  “Pedestrian accident tend to lead to more significant injuries and fatalities because of the blunt trauma to the body.  Unlike a car accident that  has safety systems like airbags and seatbelts that can make the difference in surviving a car accident.  It is important to always use crosswalks where available especially on high traffic non-residential roads. After an accident, families often have many questions about what next step to undertake. Although nothing can bring back the life that has been lost, an experienced attorney will help you fight for justice for the loss of your loved one.”
