Motorcyclist Killed In Three-Vehicle University Boulevard Crash

A motorcyclist was killed on Atlantic Boulevard in Jacksonville after a three-vehicle crash at the University Boulevard intersection.

According to The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, officers responded to the scene at about 7:45 p.m. When they arrived, they found an unresponsive female who was later pronounced dead by Jacksonville Fire and Rescue.

Authorities said the victim was a motorcyclist who was involved in a crash with two other vehicles. The drivers of the other vehicles remained on the scene and are cooperating with traffic homicide detectives.

Meanwhile, all traffic on Atlantic Boulevard remains closed and may not reopen until as late as 12:30 a.m.
