Motorcyclist Dead After Crash With Two Vehicles In Jacksonville

A motorcyclist was killed after a crash involving two other vehicles on Atlantic Boulevard in Jacksonville.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 8:25 a.m. at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Jeoandy Road.

The male motorcyclist was headed west on Atlantic Boulevard and crashed into a sedan turning left onto Atlantic Boulevard, the FHP said.

The man was thrown from the motorcycle and hit a black SUV. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the FHP.

First responders took the driver of the sedan, a 57-year-old female, to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the SUV was not hurt.
