Glen Levine, from the Law Firm of Anidjar and Levine, comments on this crash: “This is an unfortunate accident that is devastating to the Cruz family.  In our firm, besides what local law enforcement would do to conduct an investigation, we would dispatch our own team to try and find clues.  We would do everything possible to canvas the crime scene, look for private video footage, and question local residents and commuters.  This should all be done as soon as possible after the accident to insure that the guilty driver is identified and will take responsibility for their actions.  Our deepest sympathies go out to the Cruz family that is trying to deal with this terrible crash.”
