Marc Anidjar, from the Law Firm of Anidjar & Levine, comments:  “This is an unfortunate accident that is devastating to the  family.  At our firm, aside from local law enforcement, we would  conduct an investigation by our own team of private investigator’s to try and find any information that can assist in identifying the culpable party.  We would do everything possible to canvas the crime scene, look for private video footage, and question local residents and commuters.  This should all be done as soon as possible after the accident to insure that the guilty driver is identified and will take responsibility for their actions.  Our deepest sympathies go out to the family that is trying to deal with this terrible crash.”
