Authorities have confirmed that three children and one adult were injured in a crash on the Julia Tuttle Expressway in Miami.
According to the report by Florida Highway Patrol, the crash shut down the westbound off-ramp to Biscayne Boulevard. The press reported that a dark-colored SUV was halfway up on the guardrail on Julia Tuttle Expressway.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers said, the accident happened when the driver of the SUV lost control of the vehicle and rolled over, hitting the guardrail.
Authorities said, the driver and three children were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. No other details about the accident was released to the public. The identities and condition of the injured occupants of the SUV are not available.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
