Marc Anidjar, from the Law Firm of Anidjar & Levine, comments: “Bus services and trucking companies are responsible for the negligent operation of their work vehicles by their employees. In entrusting their vehicle to that employee they become respondent superior to any actions that occurs while in the employees care. This means that they become the primary defendant in any cause of action. The injured passengers would be entitled to compensation for medical costs, vehicle repair, lost wages and possibly other compensation against the employer. We wish all parties in the accident a speedy recovery from their injuries. ”
