Fort Myers Police reported that a man and three teenagers have been injured following a collision on McGregor Boulevard.

A man was found in an unconscious state and three other teenagers were injured after a head-on crash on McGregor Boulevard. The 39-year-old man was unconscious after his hatchback crossed into the opposite side of the road. The Subaru hatchback struck a car, occupying two teens, head-on.

As reported, the man was driving north on McGregor Boulevard into the intersection near Ricardo Avenue. His hatchback then reportedly crossed over the center line into the opposite lane and crashed into the oncoming car. Police said the 18-year-old female driving the other car was badly injured.

A 14-year-old boy sustained injuries, though minor. Another 16-year-old boy, who was identified as the brother was severely injured. The man and the three teenagers were rushed to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The Subaru driver was placed was also transported to the hospital.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash and no further information is made available.
