Police reported that two high school teachers and one child sustained injuries in a crash on County Road 884 and Summerlin Road.
In a news release authorities said, the crash happened when the driver of a 2004 Ford F-150 attempted to avoid a collision with a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign. The truck driver hit another vehicle carrying the teachers and the child on County Road 884 intersection.
EMS arrived at the scene of the crash and administered on-site first aid to the victims. The child suffered critical injuries, while the teachers sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries. Paramedics transported the victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Police said, the crash remains an active investigation. More details will be made available once the investigation is complete.
