Report says a trailer truck was involved in an accident on the eastbound lanes of FL-934, Upper East Side of Miami.
The driver of a semi-truck lost control on the FL-934, according to the police. While making an attempt avoid crashing into an ongoing trailer truck, he suddenly noticed a pickup moving slowly on the lane. He could not break down immediately given the high rate of speed at which he was moving.
In order not to rear-end the slow-moving vehicle, he reportedly swerved in the direction of the trailer truck. Police reported that he sideswiped the ongoing tractor trailer forcefully and then caused it to flip.
It was reported that the pickup truck was not involved in the crash, however, the two big vehicles were.
EMS reported that there were two occupants each in the trucks; an operator and a passenger each. EMS confirmed three traumatic injuries which includes the driver of the tractor and his passenger as well. The driver of the semi-truck also suffered traumatic injuries.
They all have been reportedly transferred to the nearest hospital for treatment.
No charge has been filed yet as investigation in still ongoing.
