Emergency responders reportedly found a 27-year-old man unconscious following a two-car accident on Northwest 20th Street.

A Honda Crosstour was rear-ended while approaching a traffic light by a Ford Edge. A 27-year-old man operated the Honda, while a 34-year-old woman operated the Ford, police said. The impact reportedly pushed the Honda against the guardrail, causing damage to the rear fender of the vehicle.

An eyewitness called emergency services and they arrived shortly after the crash occurred. Paramedics found the driver of the Honda in an unconscious state with his head on the steering wheel, police said.
