Florida Highway Patrol has reported an accident involving five cars on the I-75. Due to this fatal incidence, all lanes have been reportedly blocked.
Report says authorities seen on the crash site are diverting vehicles off onto an exit ramp. Florida Highway Patrol advise drivers traveling along this highway to expect delays.
According to the report from Florida Highway Patrol, one person is dead in the fiery accident on I-75.
According to the crash report by Florida Highway Patrol, a 60-year-old man lost control of his vehicle. Then, this started a chain reaction crash involving four other vehicles. Report says a 10-year-old girl in a Ford Fusion was hurt and a 34-year-old woman driving a Toyota Corolla also suffered minor injuries.
Florida Highway Patrol reported that no one was taken to the hospital for further medical treatment.
The 60-year-old man was cited for careless driving, troopers said. In a report, it was stated that all lanes have since reopened after backups lasted more than three hours.
