Car Struck Bicyclist At Southwest 6th Street And South Andrews Avenue

According to the report, a woman riding a bike was hit by a car at the intersection of Southwest 6th Street And South Andrews Avenue.

It was reported that the woman sustained injuries. According to witnesses, the woman was seen sitting up and talking after the accident.

Few moments after the accident, Fort Lauderdale Police and EMS arrived. It was not reported if she was transferred to a nearby hospital or was treated at the scene.

The identity of the bicyclist has not been release to the public.

According to the report, one eastbound lane of Southwest 6th Street is closed due to the accident.
