Report says two people were injured after a two-car accident on Northwest 15th Way.
According to the official report, the accident happened at the intersection of Northwest 15th Way and Northwest 6th Street. At this intersection, the two vehicles involved in the accident were approaching perpendicularly.
One vehicle was a car and the other was a pickup truck. The car was heading southbound on Northwest 15th Way where it was t-boned when trying to cross the intersection of Northwest 6th Street.
According to the Police officials, the driver of the pickup truck did not have the right of way in traffic. He reportedly crossed the center line and ran into the side of the car.
Report says the pickup truck was only occupied by the driver. Meanwhile, the car had three occupants inside at the time of the collision. The two passengers, a 23-year-old woman and a four-year-old boy were both found injured in the car when EMS arrived.
Both drivers sustained minor injuries.
Law enforcement officials are yet to reveal if the truck driver will be charged.
