A bicyclist was injured in Clay County after being hit by an SUV Friday evening.
The accident according to the Florida Highway Patrol occurred when a Ford Edge was facing east on Arora Boulevard waiting to turn right on State Road 21 (Blanding Boulevard).
When the driver made the turn, a bicyclist entered the crosswalk and was hit by the SUV.
First responders took the 28-year-old bicyclist to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver was not hurt.
