Arble Drive Accident Ended With Two Injuries

According to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, a 43-year-old man suffered injuries in an accident on Arble Drive.

Police reported that a man was driving eastbound on Arble Drive in a 2009 GMC Sonoma. A 2007 Dodge Charger, driven by a 33-year-old male, traveled westbound in the eastbound path of the road.

The accident reportedly occurred around the area of Arlingwood. The Dodge Charger allegedly struck the GMC vehicle head-on, though at a fairly moderate speed.

Both men sustained moderate injuries and paramedics transported them by ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment. Fortunately, both men wore safety belts at the time of the accident. Neither vehicle did not contain passengers.

According to prior arrest records, the Dodge driver had been previously arrested for driving while intoxicated, aggravated assault, and reckless driving.

Police are investigating the incident.
