Jacksonville Fire Rescue Crews Responded to a Call of a Vehicle Striking a Tree in the Northside Area of Jacksonville on Cedar Point Road.
Officials further reported that rescue crews have airlifted three children and one adult to the hospital. This was after they were involved in a fiery car crash on Cedar Point Road.
The report says the mangled white Kia Optima was wrapped around a tree as first responders, including JSOs, arrived at the scene on Cedar Point Road.
According to a witness who saw the crash, the car exploded and burst into flames on impact.
It was reported that after the victims were extricated from the vehicle paramedics airlifted all four victims to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.
Authorities have not disclosed the victims’ ages or the extent of their injuries as they continue to investigate the crash.
