Marc Anidjar, from the Law Firm of Anidjar and Levine, comments on this crash:  “It is very sad to see this accident happen to a man in Fort Myers.  Pedestrian accident tend to lead to more significant injuries and fatalities.  Unlike a car accident that  has safety systems like airbags and seatbelts that can make the difference in surviving a car accident.  It is important to always use crosswalks where available especially on high traffic non-residential roads. After an accident, families often have many questions about what next step to undertake. Although nothing can undo a tragic accident, an experienced attorney will help you fight for justice that your family deserves.”
