One Seriously Injured In Alligator Alley Crash In Broward County

Authorities report a crash in Alligator Alley in Broward County that left one person seriously injured.

The crash happened on Alligator Alley in Broward County.

The driver of a Chevy Tahoe was traveling on the road when all of a sudden a rear tire on their car came apart. This made the driver of the Chevy lose control and hit Ford Taurus.

The collision sent the driver of the Ford off the road and into a ditch. Officials confirm that there was a female passenger in the second car. She was treated at the scene of the crash by paramedics for minor injuries. The driver was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital.

The driver and the passenger in the Chevy Tahoe were taken to a nearby hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
