One person was transported to the hospital after a crash on Interstate 75 in Lee County.
Lee County deputies confirmed at least one person was rushed to the hospital after a crash on I-75 near Corkscrew Road Saturday afternoon.
Deputies disclosed that the northbound lanes of I-75 were shut down in the area due to the crash. Multiple injuries were reported and at least one person is being considered a trauma alert.
One person was seen on a stretcher after the crash. A Lee Flight helicopter was also seen in the area.
