Biography
Evan Schmidt, Esq. is an attorney at Anidjar & Levine’s Orlando Office.
Mr. Schmidt advocates for clients in a broad range of personal injury matters. A lifelong Floridian, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
Before joining Anidjar & Levine, Mr. Schmidt served as a state prosecutor in Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit, where he worked in the Special Victims Unit and the Felony Domestic Violence division. In these roles, he handled highly sensitive cases, gaining extensive trial experience and developing a deep understanding of the complexities faced by vulnerable victims.
Following his public service, Mr. Schmidt joined one of the largest personal injury firms in the country, focusing on automobile, motorcycle, trucking, and catastrophic injury cases. His experience handling high‑stakes claims has equipped him to guide injured clients with both confidence and empathy.
Mr. Schmidt proudly calls Orlando home. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs.
