Alexander J. Mendez is a litigation associate at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, P.A., in the Worker’s Compensation department, who speaks both English and Spanish.
Mr. Mendez graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History in 2015. While at Auburn, Mr. Mendez was the Treasurer of Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity. After graduation, Mr. Mendez moved back to South Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2018. While in law school, Mr. Mendez he received the Book Award for having the highest grade in his Constitutional Law class. Mr. Mendez was actively involved in extracurricular activities at Nova. He was the Vice President of the Federalist Society, External Operations Coordinator of the NSU Trial Association, and a member of the Hispanic Student Bar Association.
Throughout his tenure at NSU Shepard Broad College of Law, Mr. Mendez was an active member of the NSU Trial Association, where he competed in NBLSA Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, where his team won first place in regionals, and, after advancing to the finals, became national champions. Mr. Mendez also competed at the, South Texas Mock Trial Competition, Stetson Pretrial Competition, and the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition.
In 2018, Mr. Mendez was inducted into the Order of the Barristers to celebrate his excellence in trial advocacy.
